We cannot fault Michael & Kelly Garske on the wonderful service they provided for our recent Southern Highlands wedding, as Chef in Your Kitchen. From our initial meeting to the big day, they were professional, patient, warm and adaptable - very willing to create whatever kind of food and tone we envisioned for our celebration. Even when we had to postpone our wedding at short notice for a year - and reschedule with completely new conditions - Kelly and Michael were calm, understanding and helpful. We really appreciated their consistency and reliability throughout what was a challenging time for us.

When the day finally rolled around, we had lots of praise from our guests, who thoroughly enjoyed the real, hearty, tasty and creative food they dished out in our fine banquet. Even the last minute delays and obstacles on the day, did not seem to destabilise the operations of this fine working team.

As we ourselves have spent a long time working in food and hospitality, we can recommend Michael and Kelly as quality professionals the Highlands are lucky to have!

During the lead up to the wedding, there were a few unexpected bumps- Kelly brought these to my attention and offered practical solutions to these, exactly what you need when planning a wedding. The food was outstanding, watching people's faces as they enjoyed the amazing canapes was a joy! Many of my guests commented on the lovely waitstaff who were so kind and thoroughly entertained them during the night. I cannot say thank you enough for your guidance, advice and amazing patience and calmness when dealing with a stressed out Bride. Fielding calls about ice on a Sunday afternoon has to be the height of Customer Service - something you have in spades!

I lost count on how many people commented, both on the day, and in numerous conversations since,on how delicious the food was. Both my mum and my aunt (both Dutch by birth) are still raving about the Bitterballe (Dutch Croquette). Thank you for completely understanding the relaxed, social atmosphere we were trying to acheive, and helping us exceed all expectations on our amazing day.

We are now looking for an excuse for another party in the Southern Highlands, just sowe can taste your food again....

We had a terrific wedding day, not least because the catering was fantastic.

The service provided was perfect - we couldn't have asked for nicer, more professional wait staff. They are a real credit to your company. Many of our guests commented on how lovely, attentive and accommodating they were. We can't speak highly enough of them.

Above all, though, Michael's food was outstanding. It was always really important for us to have great food at our wedding and you guys exceeded all our expectations. Our guests (a couple of serious foodies among them) couldn't stop raving about the food. My brother said the duck was the best he'd ever eaten and could have had another few rounds of it. We loved it all - and could have eaten five of those puddings! The quality of all the food was excellent and so delicious. Thank you Kelly and Michael! I recently celebrated my 50th birthday which was cause for great excitement and my partner and I decided to host a garden party at home for forty guests. We employed the services of Kelly and Michael Garske from "Chef in Your Kitchen" to take care of the catering... What an absolute delight to have found these pair! The initial meeting to discuss the food was too easy and nothing was a problem, they arrived on the day and took over our kitchen and produced sensational food that had our guests salivating - a selection of canapes and more substantial offerings was perfect... And they left the kitchen spotless... one of our guests came and told me that they were wiping down the fridge! If you are thinking of hosting an event at home - be it a little soiree or a sit down dinner - please give these two little treasure a call, I cannot recommend them highly enough!
