BASIC WAITER TRAINING COURSE
For those wanting to know the facts about being a confident and knowledgeable wait person, ready for part time work while at school, university, during your "gap" year or even a change in career. With 20 years hospitality experience behind us including cafés, restaurants and 5 star hotels we are offering a basic waiter training course.
We will be teaching the fundamental basics of service from greeting the customer through to a friendly farewell, including sequence of service and most importantly customer service etiquette. We will even teach the physical aspects of carrying three plates, setting a table correctly, taking orders and clearing a table. A confident, trained staff member can be a true asset to any business.

Tia still talks about it. She says she's been practicing at her job (waitressing weddings at Sylvan Glen Golf Course on weekends) and feeling a sense of self pride on the inside! like she has one up on the other girls. Although I think she's getting annoyed with them on the odd occasion because they're 'just not doing it right' ! Hee Hee
She's now decided to move on and do a Barista course to broaden her horizons and even confident enough to put her name down at the local 'Ye Olde Bicycle Shoppe' café in Bundanoon where we live so that she can continue to practice (or maybe show off) her new skills.
