Table Buffet Platters
A very popluar choice for any event is to have a Table Buffet rather than the Traditional Buffet or plated Sit Down Menu. Platters of delicious food are placed in the centre of the table so that guests may help themselves to a variety of menu items. All three courses can be served in this way or a in a combination with canapes for entree, main course platters and dessert platters.
This style of catering is suitable for up to 120 guests and is one of the most popular options for weddings.
