Hi Kelly I just wanted to say thank you for all your support In the preparation of our wedding. I honestly believe you need to change your title of caterer to caterer/wedding planner. You go above and beyond and made the whole process stress free and the speed of your email responses I just cannot get over how efficient you are. I do not know if you heard it but in my dads speech he mentioned food as a very important part of my life and I am so happy to say I just had a wedding where all people could rave about was the food. It was amazing, I am craving those Parmesan rice balls I could eat another 20. The lamb and chicken were absolutely superb and the desserts well apparently half the lemon tarts were demolished just by one table of guests. Everything was absolutely perfect I cannot thank you enough. I would recommend you in a heart beat. The food was delicious, the service was fantastic and you are the Wonder Woman of weddings. As soon as we met Kelly, we were struck by her warmth and positivity. She promptly responded to all email communications and was able to anticipate our every need with her wealth of experience and attention to quality service.
We were suitably 'wowed' by the food Chef in Your Kitchen had on offer. There's a wide range of options to suit a variety of tastes and suffice to say... their food is delicious! Choosing our menu was a seamless experience and Kelly was lovely enough to cater to a range of dietary requirements and even include a Sri Lankan canape item! The latter was a stellar effort on her part as she went to great lengths to deliver perfectly. She even went to a number of fishmarkets to source the right type of prawn. A testament to their commitment to fantastic customer service. Kelly was also very genuine when suggesting serving options and quantities. We never felt like we were being sold anything that we didn't need. Kelly was calm and attentive on our big day. Efficiently managing her team while also
ensuring that the entire bridal party didn't miss out on any of the delicious canapes on offer. Kelly was humble in presenting the prawn vadai she had created for us and it got two thumbs up (way up) from a number of Sri Lankan mums in attendance. For those who don't know how South Asian mums are in a kitchen... I don't think there's higher praise!
As for the reception, once again, it was an incredibly smooth (and yummy experience). We went with platters and all the serving and clearing up was tended to with clockwork precision (no speeches interrupted). Many of our quests (unprompted) commented on how delicious the duck and salmon was (our mains). The desserts disappeared long before the music on the dancefloor faded - the salted caramel and the jaffa was amazing!
All in all, we are thrilled that we decided to go with Chef in your Kitchen. Kelly's communication and willingness to support are outstanding. Chef in your Kitchen are not only ultimate professionals who deliver wonderful personalised service, they are kind and caring people who want your day to go as perfectly as you do! It's always a risk having a cocktail style wedding, as some tend to worry that some people may miss out on food, or that there won't be enough... But we were so impressed with every element of the menu, food and service, and we couldn't have asked for more. We can see how much work and love went into each individual dish, and we feel you should be very proud of the high quality food and service you provide.
And our 'cheese' cake!! It was to die for!! It was such a huge hit, everybody loved it.. And we sure enjoyed eating the leftovers with our family for a week after the wedding :)

We just wanted to say thank you for the fantastic food and service you provided for our December wedding at Montrose. Right from the beginning Kelly was always available to answer any questions we may have had about the food on the day but also about other logistical elements such as drinks, the timing of meals and a myriad of other smaller items that required attention leading up to, and during, our wedding. She always made us feel like we were the most important clients on her list and her service went a long way to insuring we had a stress free day.
The food provided by Michael was absolutely delicious. All of our guests commented on both the food and service provided at our wedding and the ability of the "Chef in your Kitchen" team to provide tailored service for our vegetarian guests as well as the few fussy eaters in our wedding party. Kelly and the wait staff not only looked after our numerous guests but also took the time and effort to make sure we were both well fed throughout the night.
Our photographers also commented on the level of service provided to them and were happily surprised at the professional way in which Kelly and the team catered for their needs.
We cannot thank you enough for everything you did for us, both on our wedding day and beforehand. We cannot fault Michael & Kelly Garske on the wonderful service they provided for our recent Southern Highlands wedding, as Chef in Your Kitchen. From our initial meeting to the big day, they were professional, patient, warm and adaptable - very willing to create whatever kind of food and tone we envisioned for our celebration. Even when we had to postpone our wedding at short notice for a year - and reschedule with completely new conditions - Kelly and Michael were calm, understanding and helpful. We really appreciated their consistency and reliability throughout what was a challenging time for us.
When the day finally rolled around, we had lots of praise from our guests, who thoroughly enjoyed the real, hearty, tasty and creative food they dished out in our fine banquet. Kelly and the team at Chef in Your Kitchen were absolutely fantastic in catering our wedding. They made our day go so smoothly, and really made us feel at ease with them running the kitchen. During the lead up to the wedding, there were a few unexpected bumps- Kelly brought these to my attention and offered practical solutions to these, exactly what you need when planning a wedding. The food was outstanding, watching people's faces as they enjoyed the amazing canapes was a joy! Many of my guests commented on the lovely waitstaff who were so kind and thoroughly entertained them during the night. I would highly recommend Kelly and her team for any wedding or function, they are highly professional, efficient and make amazing food, a pleasure to work with.

The service provided was perfect - we couldn't have asked for nicer, more professional wait staff. They are a real credit to your company. Many of our guests commented on how lovely, attentive and accommodating they were. We can't speak highly enough of them.
Above all, though, Michael's food was outstanding. It was always really important for us to have great food at our wedding and you guys exceeded all our expectations. Our guests (a couple of serious foodies among them) couldn't stop raving about the food. My brother said the duck was the best he'd ever eaten and could have had another few rounds of it. We loved it all - and could have eaten five of those puddings! The quality of all the food was excellent and so delicious. Thank you Kelly and Michael! I recently celebrated my 50th birthday which was cause for great excitement and my partner and I decided to host a garden party at home for forty guests. We employed the services of Kelly and Michael Garske from "Chef in Your Kitchen" to take care of the catering... What an absolute delight to have found these pair! The initial meeting to discuss the food was too easy and nothing was a problem, they arrived on the day and took over our kitchen and produced sensational food that had our guests salivating - a selection of canapes and more substantial offerings was perfect... And they left the kitchen spotless... one of our guests came and told me that they were wiping down the fridge! If you are thinking of hosting an event at home - be it a little soiree or a sit down dinner - please give these two little treasure a call, I cannot recommend them highly enough!
